On-Demand Instruction with a
Personal Touch!
If you are like me, one of the things that keep you from purchasing recorded content is that you don’t get to interact with the instructor. I love feedback- getting it and giving it! Everyone who purchases an on-demand class or workshop is invited to send me a video (up to 3 minutes) of them practicing the class/workshop content and I will review your video and send you video feedback for FREE!
Sword Combo (1 hour) $20
In this workshop, you will learn a 96-count sword combo called Classic Supercharged Combo. In this combo, I included all of the sword movements that I consider classics, including 3 different ways to twist and turn your sword. I call these Sword Box, Twisty Sword Turn, and Figure 8 Hilt.
This hour-long workshop is the first half of a combined sword and veil workshop that I taught, so please cool yourself down at the end.

Intro to Fly Fusion (90 min) $20
In this workshop, you will learn the basics of Fly Fusion, a really fun style of group improvisational dance created by Violet Kind.

Veil Combos (1 hour) $20
In this workshop, you will learn two veil combos. The first combo called Tilt-A-Whirl is 64 counts and includes some classic veil movements to help you move the veil from the front to the back of your body (and return it). The second combo is 80 counts and is called Floating Flourish. Flourish is a style of Group Improvisational Dance that my troupe, Red Sage Collective, is creating. In this combo, I add the veil to Flourish movements.
This hour-long workshop is the second half of a sword and veil workshop, so please warm yourself up before you begin.

Intro to Flourish FREE
In this workshop, you will learn a few of the combos in Flourish Improv for Groups. Flourish is a new style of group improv being created by Red Sage Collective.

Drills Workshop $35
In this 2-hour workshop, you will work on your technique, build strength and flexibility and improve your layering skills!
This workshop is great for all levels of dancers. We will be learning basic (that doesn't mean easy) movement drills to help take your dance to the next level of style and precision.
